As a multi-sector industry training organisation (ITO), we design and manage technical and business qualifications to make sure the New Zealand workforce is highly skilled.
We work with our industry partners to understand the skills your employees need and to develop national qualifications that will help your learners build those skills. Then we help that learning happen - in the workplace.
But it’s not just learning and on-the-job training that we do to support our partner industries.
Promoting trade careers to the next generation of tradespeople, supporting events to celebrate successes, and providing funding to encourage higher-level learning are just a few of the ways we also work with our industries.
In 2015 we want to work with you to grow Kiwi skills, careers and businesses.
